I was seen via video chat by a different medical professional than the one I booked and I was never given next steps for my treatment.

I did not receive any communication from the office until I called them to ask why I hadn't received a link for the appt. They said I hadn't filled out the forms, but they hadn't sent them to me. They sent them while I was on the phone. I completed them and they called me back saying they could not provide the treatment I was requesting. This was my SECOND wasted Zocdoc appointment today

I never was seen by the PA I chose from your app. The staff seemed poorly informed. Things were not explained, it took the staff a long time to understand my insurance, then my medical needs. I couldnt get the zoom app to work, after being told, i didnt need to download a app. The PA called me ,(I don't recall her name) prescribed medication. I told her the Walmart pharmacy location. The Walmart pharmacy did not have an order for my medication. Leaving me in the same mess I was in that I had called for appointment. So my problem is still ongoing no medication to alleviate symptoms, aggrevated by the less then knowledgeable staff. Writing this complaint to you late at night because of symptoms. I'm a retired working guy, I don't complain about folks that are working for a living. This experience was way out of the norm for me. Lot of aggravation & no treatment.
