I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 am. Upon arrival I was told that my insurance was not covered, upon entering the building I noticed it was a “family” practice that also provided service to children. I asked Ebony who was the NP, receptionist, and cleaner for her business if she could see my daughter. We waited over 3 hours to be seen after we were told there was a little to no wait. Upon entering into the room, we couldn’t help but noticed used needles and surgical scrub on the table from the previous patient.
Ebony then proceeded to do my well women’s exam where she stated “there was no need” for her to “go down there” to check me and handed me a applicator to insert into my vagina and self swab myself and leave it on the bathroom counter. No getting undressed from the waist down to get examined, no proper examination in which by the uncleanliness of the office I don’t think I would’ve gone through. Also she won’t update my child records that she has administered immun.

Worth the visit for anyone looking to manage diabetes and weight loss. My blood sugar levels have dramatically dropped since I’ve followed her plan. My weight has also started coming down. She’s been able to help me control my diabetes better than any Dr. I’ve seen over the last 15 years. I highly recommend the excellent service’s she provides.
