Dr Ragsdale is a great orthopedic shoulder specialist. He replaced both of my shoulders in 2007. I have been pain free and able to do things with my arms that I couldn't prior to the replacements. I would recommend Dr. Ragsdale to anyone with a shoulder injury whether it is a sprain, strain, tear or break. He is a great doctor and the best shoulder specialist in this area.
