More about Dr. Edriss Estime, MD
Dr Estime is internal medicine trained in one of the top teaching hospitals in the nation, Harrisburg hospital of the PinnacleHealth hospital systems. He graduated with honors from St Mathew’s University School of Medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts and pursued a master’s degree in Health Services Administration at St Joseph’s college of Maine. He is currently a faculty member at Florida College of Integrative Medicine.
Before founding Clermont Internal Medicine, Dr Estime has worn many hats. He has been the chief of staff and director of respiratory care services at Marengo Memorial Hospital. He was the director of several nursing homes, including Keystone nursing home in Keysone, IA ; Briarwood nursing home in Iowa City, IA. He has also provided his expertise to St Vincent hospitals in Jacksonville in very critical times.
He is married to his college sweetheart, Benetty and they have two beautiful children : Ben and Emma. On their days off, they love to spend time doing anything that comes to mind, together. A native of Haiti, he is fluent in Haitian creole and French; and is conversant in Spanish. He is a satirical comedy and fine arts enthusiast.
