Dr Craft is the "BEST" family doctor I have ever had, his staff is great too, friendly & efficient. Dr Craft is a excellent communicator and listener and his follow-up with my test results was excellent also. He also spends time with you both in person or on the phone to make sure everything is understood and all concerns addressed. My godfather has been my primary physician since I was a kid, so I've been relatively spoiled when it comes to my medical care. However, being relatively new to Cleveland I've been disappointed with the doctors I have encountered thus far.
Dr. Craft is heading into a great career. He was patient, understanding, and answered question after question I had for him without seeming hurried. His patience is unmatched, and I highly recommend him. Thanks for a job well done Dr. Craft!
