Personable, relaxed. knowledgeable, skilled. Diagnosed very serious ongoing ear and throat issues. Following examination and analysis, which he conveyed with clarity, he devised and articulated a strategy for alleviating horrific symptoms. Although further testing is necessary I feel relieved that I am dealing with a doctor who is capable and able, and has me well on the road to recovery.

Very professional and to the point (gathering enough information to be helpful but not wasting time). He was able to rather quickly come up with reasoning for a chronic problem that several other ear nose and throat doctors had missed.

My visit was excellent. I came to him with a double ear infection with so much pain that the Vicodin I had been taking felt like I was eating candy. The Milford Hospital ER had prescribed a few things, but they weren't working. It turns out they had put the ear wicks in far too shallow. Dr. Lane did it perfectly. He prescribed me different medicines. Within hours I was no longer taking ANY pain killers. I can't thank him enough. There was no wait, the staff was exceptionally polite, and he was highly skilled. If you are wondering who to go see then go see Dr. Lane. He is on top of his game. I have seen many others in my years of diving and years of infections and none can hold a torch to him.

I am indeed very lucky to have found Dr. Lane who so speedily diagnosed and solved my problems. He could not have been kinder or anymore patient and professional, I was visiting Stamford, CT and my left ear was hurting me, forcing me to get a doctor quickly in a city where I am not familiar with. Through ZocDoc I located Dr. Lane who patiently listened to me, quickly found the source of my problems, took time to explain my condition to me and answered my questions clearly. He further advised me what I must do before and during travel, especially international travel, to eliminate possible ear problems. I went into his office a rather worried & troubled person but left feeling peaceful, comforted and fairly knowledgeable in manageing my chronic problems. I am sure all patients of Dr. Lane share my experience and understand my feeling when I say, "I am plain lucky to have found Dr. Lane." Thank you, Dr. Lane!
