Dr. Chang is a true professional. He has great bedside manner.
Very knowledge and explains everything whereby a laymen like myself can understand. I most likely will need an operation in the near future and he reviewed all my test results discussing my procedure with me. He is quite certain in regards to the findings but he wants to reassure it by performing another test.
His staff particularly one lady was not to accommodating. I had to make an appointment for an EMG and she said I have to wait a week in a half for an appointment. I'm in terrible pain now and want this test which takes approximately 20 minutes at most to perform
ASAP but she says there is no openings. She could have been a little consoling. I bet if it was a friend or family they would have been taken care of much sooner.

Dr. Chang was very courteous,took his time with explaining everything and caring. Did not rush us at all. Answered all questions we had.Not where you wait an hour to see the doctor than he/she finally come in and stay 2 min.
