Dr. Wu has a bachelor's degree in psychology from UCSD and has worked in Hu Hu Kam indian reserve in Sacaton, AZ, the veterans eye clinic in Casa Grande, AZ and the veterans eye clinic in Las Vegas, NV. This was my first time to just randomly pick eye doctor based on location and did I make a great find!! The doctor was very knowledgeable & the staff were very nice and helped my daughter find great frames.. Definitely would recommend.

Great doctor but horrible staff. I made the appointment online and got a confirmation. When I arrive 5 minutes before the appointment, the receptionist said to me " Did you not get the message? I called you to let you know that that appointment is not open." I understand how a on line system can not match real time but you should apologize for inconvenience. when I went back later to be seen, Dr Wu ordered a retina test. I was not wearing my glasses and could not do the test. I asked the nurse or tech if I should be wearing glasses and she said no and just finish the test. Of course the results were off. Dr. Wu said that I need to wear my glasses and reran the test with normal results. I would go again but I feel that staff could be much more professional. I leave this feedback with only good intentions of improved service.

I want an OD that can understand my boys as well as an OD that my kids love to go visit. Edwin Wu did just that today. My kids fully understood him and Edwin explained to them how their eyes work and the importance of taking care of them. My boys left the office exited to have him as their OD. Vey friendly staff as well.

I am very pleased with our visit today and extremely glad I found Dr. Wu. The staff was also very friendly. I am happy with the entire visit. Gina, the office manager was very knowledgeable and patient. My son liked how she really cared when showing him how to put in his contacts. He said he was about to give up and never though he would be able to put them on by himself. She continued to help him and encouraged him to just keep texting and he got it. He is beyond excited! I felt that I made the right choice when choosing Dr. Wu and already scheduled another appointment for myself and husband to return. Thank you so much for a flawless visit!
