I really enjoyed this visit , I felt comfortable , heard, and informed.
I felt like I had the full attention and care from my doctor . I visited for a rash , and he was able to diagnose and make recommendations. He spent time digging into so many details and it really made me feel good to know there’s people in this profession that really care about you getting better ; not just coming back or prescribing an reoccurring prescription .

I visited the doctor with an excruciating migraine and although the wait time was quite long, I was very pleased with the staff's understanding and accommodation. My migraines are made worse by light and sound and until I was able to be seen they placed me in a dark exam room and tried to do any diagnostics in limited light. After my appointment, they also allowed me to wait for my ride in the dark exam room instead of forcing me to wait in the bright lobby. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

My husband and I went here specifically for travel medicine. Despite repeated calls I never got the results of my testing while in the office. In addition, they never called in the antibiotic they said they would call in. When I called to dispute my bill because I never got my test results or medication they never called me back.

I waited over an hour to be seen even though there was no one else in the waiting room. When I finally was seen, the nurses were very slow as well and did not seem to value my time. I probably will not be returning to this office.

My previous visits with Dr. Kessous have been very satisfactory. I think he is a good doctor. However, wait times are often very, very long. Today I waited two hours and only had my vitals taken, no meeting with the doctor. I walked out.

Staff were all very friendly and professional. I came in for vaccines for an upcoming trip, and Dr. Kessous really talked me through it so I felt very informed about which ones I actually needed. He also tried to get as much of it covered by my insurance as possible, which I really appreciated.
I would have given 5 stars but I came in on a VERY slow day (I was the only one in the waiting room), but I sat for over 30 minutes in the exam room waiting to be seen.
