we have a 3 year old that we take to another doctor & his office was closed on a sat. so we had to try this new doctor. We were really happy with the way he handled our sons illness that we decided to keep him on as our doctor.

He's very polite, he listens; he seems to actually care and did not just disregard anything. Very thorough. Awesome. So far, I'm rather pleased with him.

I never had the appointment to begin with. I made the appointment, got confirmed, then received a call from the front desk saying they didn't have any appointment times available for the rest of the day. I had to reschedule for today. This defeats the purpose of using up my time to make the appt. myself. She also mentioned that they had already had SIX appts. scheduled at 4:30. That is a big red flag for me. I'm not into sitting around waiting 20 mins or more because the overbook. Not real sure if I'll be staying with Ocean Pediatrics.
