Eileen was great. Very thorough. The wait was 45 minutes from my scheduled appointment. Ugh. And they took blood for testing and it is now 7 days later with NO contact back for results. Hopefully it won't be that I had 8 days to live.

When I showed up 5 min early for my appointment for 445pm I was told it was an hour and half wait and the 3pm appt had not been called yet. The receptionist then told me I had to fill out new patient paperwork. I told her I filled it out online and she said,"Sorry. The person that prints those off isn't here. You need to fill out the paperwork again." I ended up not being taken back until after 6pm. Once i saw the Dr. I felt rushed. I was supposed to have an annual physical and then some but I felt she barely checked anything and didn't ask me a lot of the typical questions. She told me I would also get my blood drawn. I asked if I would do that after I see her. She told me the lab was now closed and I would have to come back again to do that after the long wait, being rushed, and scheduling that specific time out my day for a reason. Horrible first experience.

One visit is not adequate to write a "fair" review. I was fortunate to get an appointment quickly, and she attended to the main purpose for my visit. "Efficient" would be a good description of her style. I read good reviews about her; time will tell.

I left the office when it was one hour and five minutes past my appointment time. It was too long of a wait. And I hasty get back to the hospital to be,with my wife. Very disappointed.

I felt that Dr Chang was very sincere, caring and thorough. There was no rushing or pressure when she came into the room. I felt that she was focused on me and my well being. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my appt. My only concern (which I understand bc it was busy) was the wait time. It was just a little over an hour. I also recommend filling out the info on zoc doc prior to going into your appt. Thanks again Dr Chang! :)

It was only a 10 min wait. I have waited over an hour for her in the past and she is worth waiting for. She remembers you, your problems, even your job! Don't see that a lot anymore. She knows her stuff, is compassionate and talks to you, not down to you.
