Dr. Elaine was the only one working the office, so given the circumstances, she did a great job handling it! She acknowledged me right away and was very kind. She took her time with me but I could tell she was a little frazzled. Understandably. I’ll look forward to seeing how another visit goes.

The overall experience was great. The nurse practioner was very friendly and clear. The doctor was professional and answered any questions I had and provided recommendations and prescribed medications I need to improve my conditions. The office was very clear and bright. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a friendly and proefssional experience.

Visit to the doctors was ok. Long wait time. Over 30 mins past my scheduled appointment time.
Post doctor's visit was extremely poor. Email replies and telephone calls are not answered. I've moved out of California and can't go in person to the office. I'm now left with paying a double bill despite already making a payment and nobody answering my emails/phone calls to explain I've already made a payment. Would not recommend this practice purely because of poor communication.

she didnt seem very thorough. came for an annual physical and overheard her chatting with the receptionist in the front for awhile before coming into my room. usually doc's ask for me to remove my somewhat thick jacket to check my stomach for annual physical, she just pressed on top of the jacket and i barely felt anything. i probs shouldve asked and said something but i forgot to.

I highly recommend Dr, Tong. She’s an excellent doctor and has a great bedside manner. Shes certainly understanding and takes her time listening and taking notes. The office is very thorough with health concerns and with filling out all the necessary paperwork prior to my appointment on Zocdoc. I enjoyed the ambiance of the office as well. It’s very calming with beautiful towers of Amethyst and crystals everywhere throughout the office.

I really like Dr Tong, she is my primary care provider. Her bedside manners are great and she makes you feel very comfortable. The only downside is that the pace in the office seems a little slow, as in I had a wait quite long to be called into the room to get my vitals taken. And even then, I had to wait in the room. Then there was another wait for the doctor to come in to speak with me. And finally another wait to get checked out. I guess it’s pretty common in most clinics nowadays. But the place didn’t seem too crowded when I was there. So not sure what the hold up was.

When I visited Dr. Tong, my appointment was scheduled for 4 PM, but I didn’t see the doctor until 4:50 PM. He asked me to do an EKG, which I completed the next day. I was told the results would be ready the following day. However, despite calling for three consecutive days, I received no updates. I left messages but never received any response. It has now been 10 days, and I still haven’t received my EKG report. This is the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered—indifferent, unresponsive, and completely lacking in care for patients. It’s truly disheartening.

Went earlier today and the reception in the front was very rude and treated me with utmost disrespect! Told me they don’t take my insurance and literally called me stupid. And this isn’t just me. When I walked in I also heard they were talking very rude to one of their patients behind their back. Dr Tong may be a wonderful doctor but it is so unfortunate that her staffs are treating people without even the basic level of decency. Would not recommend anyone here. Imagine being super sick while still get insulted by the people at the clinic…
