Nice facility. Front office staff was very friendly as was Dr. Wu and the technician. The doctor took her time and explained things as I had questions. Very short wait time. Great service across the board from all staff!

The Doctor was very very professional and thorough. However, the receptionists not professional at all, just expect less than marginal assistance if you go to this office.

I liked Dr. Wu, however the staff was inattentive and a couple people were somewhat rude. Overall a mediocre experience.

Knowledgeable interns did prep and initial workup that did not require a licensed MD.Dr.Wu did the final evaluation.

High rating is worthy. She gave a sound critique of my glasses and gave me a balanced evaluation of my cataracts. That put my mind at ease.

I searched for an ophthalmologist because I needed an annual exam to renew my contact lense prescription. ZocDoc asks you to describe the reason for your visit and this information is sent to the doctor's office. Despite me stating I needed a new contact lense prescription and this information going to the doctor's office, the doctor's office never told me Dr. Wu only gives glasses prescriptions and I would need to see another person to get a contact lense prescription. Dr. Wu told me she only does glasses half way through my appointment. This means they'll charge me to visit their office again, and they completely wasted an hour of my time with an appointment I didn't need. If you book through ZocDoc, I'd recommend calling the doctor to make sure they provide the services you need.

It took a little while to see her but totally worth the wait. Dr. Wu was very friendly and spent quite a lot of time making sure my first visit to an ophthalmologist went great!

The wait wasn't too long. Nice, clean offices. The staff was pleasant; so was she. She did not rush. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and in the know about my condition. All around, a good experience.
