This feedback is more for ZocDoc than the doctor. I was searching for a new PCP to get my yearly physical so I searched “Annual Physical.” It turns out the office only does gynecology. I think Zocdoc’s system could have made that more clear.
I went and was treated very well. But there was definitely confusion and it took us all a few minutes to realize that I was not at the right type of physician. The staff and the nurse practitioner herself were very professional, respectful and kind about the whole thing.

In 2006, Elana Grann received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey. In 2008, she completed her nursing degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University. Elana served as a charge nurse on a surgical floor, where she was awarded Medical-Surgical Nurse of the Year. She later returned to Rutgers University in order to pursue a Master’s degree in nursing, with a specialization in Women’s Health.
Since receiving her NCC certification as a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in April of 2012, Elana has been living her dream of caring for women in various life stages: from adolescence, to pregnancy and menopause.

NP Grann is professional, intelligent, and kind. She takes a holistic approach to health and wellness and thinks outside the box to treat her patients. A few years ago, she helped me with an issue that my previous gynecologist said I was just going to have to live with...and this was not the case at all. I learned more from NP Grann in one visit than I had learned from my previous MD in years. And recently, I had an experience that I was reluctant to share; but NP Grann listened and did not judge. I wish I could see her for all my medical concerns; I would recommend her to anyone.

NP Elena Grann makes you feel at ease, she is informative, kind to your feelings, has a wonderful bedside manner, and does not make you feel rushed. She has been great during each appointment I have had with her during the several years I have been going to her.
I have been to other gynecologists in Morristown who were horrible and rude, so it was nice to find someone to listen, explain, and answer questions. During my visit the wait time was under 30 mins in the examining room, the office staff is friendly and kind, and I would recommend Dr. Grann to anyone.

Very knowledgeable, I did not feel rushed and she was very easy to talk to and explain things to. My appointment was actually with Dr. Huang, but was told by the front desk she wasn’t available. After speaking and being examined by the Nurse Practitioner, I felt very comfortable and confident with her. She could easily be the doctor. Great experience for me! And the medical assistant was awesome as well! Will recommend my family, friends & coworkers.

Elana and her staff are amazing and friendly. Everyone on staff makes you feel comfortable throughout your appointment. I was given a thourough exam and even asked additional questions to make sure all of my health needs were up to date.
There are a lot of new safety stipulations due to covid and the staff was great and keeping the office clear and safe which isn't easy in these crazy times. The staff responded quickly with all of my test results. Not a bad thing to say about my experience.

Elana is awesome; she talked me through the whole process so nothing was scary. She gave a lot of good advice and even suggested we do extra bloodwork since my employment situation was up in the air at the time and I wasn’t sure if I would have the same insurance to come back. The bloodwork came back THE NEXT DAY and she called me up to explain the results. Very happy with this doctor & would definitely go again.

It took me 10 years to find a gynecologist that took the time to really listen to me and didn't rush me in and out. I had been going to the gyno since I was 19 and had switched a few times with a myriad of bad experiences. I was recommended to Elana by a friend and I'll never go to anyone else. I honestly feel like I was receiving sub par care prior to coming here.
