First time using Zocdoc the process of searching for a Doctor couldn't have been easier! I selected the last appointment of the day, 4pm ( I actually received a call from the office staff asking if I could possibly come in earlier, I could , so it wasn't a big deal) When I walked into the office it was very clean , AND THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM. I couldn't believe NO WAIT TIME! I was greeted immediately, completed the new patient profile questionnaire, took my vitals and PA Grey was in the exam room no more than 5 minutes to check me out.
I haven't seen a doctor in over 10 years... so this experience felt amazing. I will continue to schedule my appointments with this office.

I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She called me on the morning of my appointment that was scheduled in the afternoon and left a voicemail requesting that I change my appointment from 3:50 pm to 1:20 pm, because she has another patient to see at four. I called the office and informed them that the earliest that I would be able to come would be at 3:20 pm. The office rescheduled the appointment to that time. On my way to the appointment, she called me again, condescendingly informing me that I had an appointment with her and was I coming in. I informed her that I was aware of the appointment and that I was in the parking lot. She has zero compassion and lacks a bedside manner. When she came into the room, she asked what was the problem and did not shake my hand I informed her that I had cut myself while shaving and that I thought the area was infected as I was having tenderness and pain. She completely ignored my concern, and in a condescending tone 'if I had ever heard of herpes'. She rushed through the pelvic exam and responded dismissively that she didn't see anything. Then she said that she would give me a topical for the pain, but refused to look into the reason why I had pain. If she would have taken the time and looked, she would have noticed the wound site! I still have pain and tenderness three days later. I will never come back here and I am going for a second opinion elsewhere.

Ridiculous! After waiting 50 minutes AFTER my appointment time, the doctor made the interaction painful and was there for maybe 6 minutes. She was very rushed, gave me an opinion that should have immediately been followed up with medication, and then left. The nurses were delusional on how I should get my results or how to understand them. I’m going to another doctor tomorrow because I was treated so terribly that I don’t believe I was given a professional experience to properly treat me.

I feel that she needs a little bit more patient and ask if we have any questions before wanting to walk out. I had question about my birth control Since my visit was a follow up to make sure everything was in the right place. never did she tell me that it was she was already about to walk out. I pretty much stop her and asked. I did have some questions regarding my birth control coming in to this apt since I was pretty much on my period a whole month and I was starting to feel weak and tired. I wasn't sure if that was normal but I feel like we're paying to she her and for her to just be in a rush is a reason I'll be waiting for dr. morales next time

The visit was okay but it was just with NP Eleanor Gray. Most of the time i was there she was very jugdemental of my appeareance. She comment just about everything. I felt VERY uncomfortable everytime she would make a remark/comment--as other nurses would come and attend to me i felt as they were my rescurer from what this NP Eleanor was continuious talking about me. Things like this make me feel like not coming at all to the doctor offices.

This was my second appointment with Ms Gray and it went incredibly well. I picked her because she was female, had extended office hours, allowed children to accompany you and wasn't too far from me. I'm super uncomfortable being a patient anywhere, I don't want to be put under a microscope for inspection. Who does? The first time I walked into the clinic, I was greeted immediately, treated respectfully, and seen quickly. Ms. Gray was kind and professional and put me at ease. I have taken my little one, who is truly in the TERRIBLE two stage, both times. She was truly terrible both times but Ms Gray and her staff pretended not to notice, were friendly towards her, and very understanding. Our visits have been short and sweet. She addresses my concerns and then we're done. I really like her and highly recommend her to anyone.
