I really liked Dr. Leung. I am in my mid 30s and was looking for a female OBGYN. This was my first visit, and it was straight to the point and she answered all my questions. My husband and I are working on getting pregnant and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Leung.

Dr. Leung is a pleasure to talk to, and she's easy going. She knows her stuff, and I'm happy with her as my OB. The office staff and nurses severely need to work on their interpersonal & customer service skills. I never receive smiles nor a welcome greeting from any of them unless I initiate it by making a kind comment, etc. I do not know why but the appointments always run late - this is my second time there and both times I waited over 30minutes past my appointment time to be called in. I know the ultrasound machine is currently low on toner as the two pictures printed out for me were faded and of much lower quality than the first time. I also think it's an older machine... A good thing about this office is the ability to make an appointment online via Zocdoc.

Dr. Leung is probably the best OB I have ever had. She is so sweet and really makes an effort to talk to her patients and get to know them on a personal level. I looke forward to visiting her every year which says a lot!

Eleanor was so cheerful when she first came in the door, she had a great sense of humor and was very nice to me. I've seen about 3 other OBGYN's in the past year and she's been my favorite, a good balance with experience and personality. They were quite backed up on a weekday morning, so while she was awesome, she did seem ready to get up and tend to another patient at any moment after the examination. I felt like I needed to hurry and ask her one more question before she gets up, but she still answered them with reassurance.
The staff was very nice. A few of the other patients were not too happy (reasonably so) so if you're in a rush, try to plan for it to go over by 30-60 minutes to be safe.
Other notes: She's part of the Cotton Medical Group in the South Wing. There is a parking structure where the first 20 minutes are free and every 30 minutes after is 80 cents.

Have been with Dr. Leung for over 18 years. In fact, she delivered my son. Due to change of my insurance coverage, I was going to another doctor for the last 2 years, let me say that, I am so glad that I come back to see her. She is always prompt and patient.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Leung and she started off the appointment by saying "you don't have kids, why not, do you not like kids?" As a single woman in her late 30's, I thought this was hugely insensitive thing for her to say.

She was very friendly and personable. She ran a little late because there was an emergency with another patient, but she apologized and I told her it was okay. Dr. Leung was wonderful. Warm, friendly, explained everything.
Office staff could use a little coaching on being personable. Just simple things: Hello, eye contact, smiles, a little warmth towards patients does not require extra time.

The appointment was super quick, and there were a few questions I figured she would ask that she didn't. That being said, she listened to any concerns i had, was very kind and sweet, and took me seriously. She was very efficient and definitely seems to know what she's doing.

Well, I booked my appointment through Zoc Doc, which caused some confusion when I got to the office. They didn't accept my insurance even though Zoc Doc claimed they did.
It was a little frustrating, but the receptionist couldn't have been nicer and more apologetic. She let me know if that I paid for the exam up front they would still be able to see me. Being a receptionist myself, I completely understood, so I paid up front no big deal.
My main reason for visiting was to have my IUD removed, but as it turns out, for first time visitors, they typically do a basic exam/consult and then set up an appointment for a different day for the removal. The snag for me was I was moving out of state and wanted to get everything taken care of before the move. They listened to my predicament and told me they would see what they could do.
So, then Dr. Leung comes in. She's all smiles and was so friendly. I explained everything to her and she told me that although she didn't normally do the IUD removal the same day, she would make an exception. So, she did the removal, a pelvic exam, and a pap smear...all done very gently and with speed and precision.
All in all, what could have been a horrible experience was miraculously positive and everyone did everything that could to give great customer service.

Only 2 page intake form. done in 10 minutes. Dr. Leung took time for all of my questions and had Rx or excellent advice for each concern. Gave referrals. She is personable, helpful and non-judgmental. and she is IN-NETWORK!

I have been seeing Dr. Leung for 3 yrs and have never felt more comfortable with a Doctor. She delivered my first child, and now pregnant w/ my second, she will delivery him too. I had a few hiccups w/ the first pregnancy, and Dr.Leung was always on top of everything and taking all precautions to make sure my daughter arrived safe in our arm. She not only is an incredible doctor, she is also very personable and caring. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Leung and her staff are always friendly and prompt with service. Dr.leung always answers all questions and concerns that I may have. I appreciate that she explains everything in detail which helps me understand. She goes over all results whenever any testing is done. Thank you Dr. Leung.

It's strange to any but I actually enjoy my visits to Dr. Leung's office. Her staff is extremely nice and very professional. Dr. Leung is always personable and caring. The office staff always call a day or two ahead to remind you about your appointment. Dr. Leung is always concerned about her patients well being as well as what is going on in their daily lives. Would highly recommend Dr. Leung and her staff to anyone looking for an Ob/gyn. =)
