My office visit went decently and quick. Everyone who I interacted with was nice. I was concerned however that the office's computer systems seem too old and this prevented the clinic from accurately receiving the information I entered through ZocDoc. This was concerning and a little irritating, given I spent a lot of time entering my health information in thorough detail. I was hoping this information would have been received and reviewed before my appointment, but the nurses I interacted with appeared completely unfamiliar with anything about me. I am willing to see them again because they are affordable out-of-pocket, but I expect this oversight to improve. I need my efforts to be met.

Went in on a Monday to get blood work and to talk about my lower right pelvic pain. The nurse sent orders for me to get an ultrasound… after 3 days of calling to see what my results were because the pain was getting worse i finally got a call back saying that they saw nothing on any of my scans. Note that i had told her about my past with ovarian cyst and i wanted to rule that out before going to the emergency room. After they said the scan came back normal she suggested i go to the emergency room. So after being in the emergency room and getting the same blood work and scans they ended up ruling it as a ruptured ovarian cyst! The amount of time and money wasted on this doctor could’ve been avoided! Not to mention the tech doing my ultrasound kept asking if i had any surgeries in the past because she couldn’t see my left ovary!? Oh no i do in fact have it so i don’t know what these people are talking about. Wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone.

Was told the doctor I made an appointment for was not able to do IUD insertions, which is what the appointment was for. Was never contacted or told before. Was never seen by the doctor and was given referral cards to other doctors who could do the insertion. Copay was still required even though the only thing the office did was weigh me and take my blood pressure and tell me to get out.
