Elena now works primarily in primary care treating and diagnosing patients of all ages. She has special interest in pediatric and women's health.

I had a ZocDoc phone appointment at 12:30 that was pushed to 3:30. I had to call the office and wait another 30 minutes until I could speak with Elana. Even after having to wait as long as I did, she was empathic, personable, and friendly which took away much of the sting of having to wait. I appreciated her willingness to relate to me.

I went there for them to tell me my meds wouldn’t be prescribed because the doctors weren’t comfortable giving them to me. They weren’t even narcotics or pain med or Benzos. Doctor didn’t even tell me herself. Didn’t even see her.

I didn’t get a chance to meet her. I got to my appointment at 12:08 to fill out paperwork and be ready for my appointment at 12:30-1:30. I was walked back at 12:33 and in the room until 12:53.... which is so dirty. I’m not sure how anyone would be comfortable having a counseling session in the room I was in. Needless to say I had to wait so long that I left because I have a baby at home. And my appointment was an hour. By the time anyone would have gotten to me I would have been home way to late. They need to me more considerate to patients coming and stick to the appointment time. Who knows how Long I would have waited for had I not left. I’ll be searching for another counselor. I can’t give Elena any reviews so I am not sure how she is as a doctor. But I must say the office needs TLC and really needs to be cleaned up. It is beyond filthy.
