About Dr. Elena Man

Dr. Elena Man is a pediatrician providing care for mental health and behavioral concerns to youth ages 4-21 years old. She attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Biology. After teaching for a year at The Dalton School, she earned her Doctor of Medicine from Harvard University in 1993. She completed her pediatric residency at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and practiced general pediatrics in Carlisle, Pennsylvania for over 20 years. She remains a Board Certified Pediatrician. Desiring to better care for the mental health needs of her patients, Dr. Man has learned cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, hypnotherapy, and is educated in evidence-based recommendations for common mental health concerns through a mini Fellowship offered by The REACH Institute in 2014. This learning transformed her practice to one primarily focused on mental health, including pediatric concerns about attention, mood, and behaviors, providing appropriate care for ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Dr. Man incorporates her pediatric perspective with an emphasis on developmental level, the needs of both mind and body, and the influence of schedule, lifestyle, and activities on well-being. She prioritizes coping skills and healthy habits as part of every treatment plan, along with counseling and/or medications when indicated. “I welcome the opportunity to connect and listen to kids and their families to form a plan to address your concerns and achieve the goals that bring you and your child to Mind Body 7. My intention is to support parents, empower youth, and advocate for every child to feel loved, respected, confident, and capable.” Cost of Initial Session: $450 for 60 minutes Cost of Ongoing Sessions: $350-450 for 45-60 minutes
