Elena is thoughtful, considerate and intuitive in treating the clients needs. She helped me greatly understand the impact of nutrition on some health conditions I’m dealing with. I’ve seen improvement and continue to draw on her wisdom daily. I highly recommend her without hesitation!

Elena is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive when it comes to nutrition. She makes meaningful recommendations that are easy to implement without having to change your entire lifestyle. I appreciate the changes to my diet that help with energy levels and weight loss without feeling like I'm on a strict regimented 'plan'. She's been very helpful! I would definitely recommend!
