Dr. Gokoyeva is wonderful. However, I did not get to see her this time. Not only did her office not have a record of my appointment, but ZocDoc scheduled it for a day when she wasn't even scheduled to be at the hospital. The awesome ladies at the front desk helped me schedule an actual appointment, but I'd already taken off work and driven 20 minutes in a snowstorm, for what turned out to be no reason. ZocDoc sucks. Just call the office.

I was a new patient. Dr. Gokoyeva had already reviewed my history prior to even entering the exam room. She even knew details about my gyn history from 13 years ago. The exam was very gentle. I never felt rushed even though I knew she had other patients waiting. She patiently answered all my questions. I was very favorably impressed and plan on continuing my care with her.

Ultimately, I ended up going to Dr. Gokoyeva because she was in my network and she was the closest to my house. But she was very pleasant and very straight to the point about my questions regarding my husband and I wanting to start a family. I felt like I was talking to one of my aunts rather than a doctor and I was very comfortable.

The appointment was satisfactory. However, I would not recommend this physician as a PCP. I tried for months to get a new prescription with no success. I also had specific questions that went unanswered because my messages were never returned. Even the on-call physician was unresponsive.
