If you want to be met with patience and understanding this provider is NOT for you. My appointment was cancelled even though I joined right on time bc I forgot to fill out one account of the various different emails they sent me. You’d think it would all be on one platform. Especially since I already completed everything on ZocDoc. Instead of being met with okay well let’s complete that last step that would have taken me at most five minutes. I was met with “Yes, can you do that it’s been very difficult this morning with you trying to get you to complete your onboarding.” I would especially think since I booked this appointment in the night time around 11pm and it was the next morning around 11am and that there would be more understanding as to why I missed one step. I am struggling with my mental health just looking for some more clarity. I can’t imagine how she would make someone feel who is struggling worse than me. I wouldn’t write this much usually but I want people to be aware.

I have been going to different psychiatrist for many many years and Elham was the ONLY one who really explained to me what my real problem was without rushing through the body just to prescribe me medication. I am forever grateful ang highly recommend her.

Elham was able to diagnose my condition in the first visit and made the treatment plan for me at that time. I find her to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable every visit I have with her. Because of her caring attitude and dedication to helping me through a very difficult time in my life, I am able to navigate through life in a more positive and productive manner. My family is very thankful to her as well because of the positive changes in me that they have experienced. I can’t imagine putting my mental health in anyone else’s care.

Dr Hamzeh helped me during a very hard time of my life, when I was dealing with the hardships of that time on top of the scars of the past. She listens and digs into the issues before she gives a diagnosis, so I could tell that her diagnosis was based on my individual situation and specific to my case rather than a general recommendation. I feel I am living my life much lighter now.

I had booked a Zoom call with the provider. As I work remote I am on Zoom most of the day and for some reason she could not hear me. I asked via chat if we could do a phone call and was told no and that I needed to reschedule the call. This was within the first 5 minutes of the call. She was aware that I have ADHD and was looking for a new provider and had not been able to fill my prescription for over a month. This was extremely important for me. She was standoffish and curt with me. I understand it was inconvenient for her but for someone in the mental health field I expected a little more courtesy or at least not treat me like an inconvenience. I am grateful this happened at least to realize she was the wrong fit for me. Again, I understand this is a business but she was rude and I was then informed it would count as a No Show...

Dr. Elham is very sharp. I have been seeing my current psychiatrist for about 3 years and Dr. Elham was able to diagnose me correctly right away. This was such a relief. Mental health is not like an X-ray. There is a lot of room for mistakes and unfortunately, the patient can suffer for a long time with the wrong doctor which was my case. Dr. Elham is also careful while she is listening to you. She asked me a few questions which made me feel even better that she cared about my history. I would highly recommend Dr. Elham.
