Elina Toskala is a diligent and accomplished otolaryngologist caring for the Fort Washington and Philadelphia, PA communities. Dr. Toskala attended the University of Eastern Finland School of Medicine, where she earned her degree in medicine and completed her internship in surgery at Central Hospital, Hämeenlinna. She then completed a residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery at the University of Tampere. Dr. Toskala continued her training by completing a fellowship in allergology at the University of Helsinki. She also holds a Phd in respiratory medicine from the University of Eastern Finland, Kuopio.
Dr. Toskala is a part of Temple University Physicians and is affiliated with Jeanes Hospital in PA. She is a member of the European Rhinologic Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Toskala’s clinical interests include diagnosis and treatment of occupational allergy and asthma, clinical connection of asthma and rhinitis and chronic sinusitis, and immunotherapy for allergic and inflammatory disorders of the nose and sinuses. She has treated and managed a diverse range of medical dysfunctions and is committed to providing the best comprehensive medical care available.
