I had my first visit with Dr. Kramer this afternoon and it was a pleasant one! I arrived just in time and had already filled out my new patient info through Zoc doc so I was seen quickly. Dr. Kramer came out to greet me and introduce herself. She was very friendly and asked a lot of questions about how I’m taking care of my eyes. I was tested for glasses and contact lenses and a nice gentleman there helped me pick out glasses and extras. I will be back to get another pair of glasses at the office because I couldn’t get both today. Overall, my Vivian was pleasant, fast and friendly!

Dr. Kramer is an amazing professional. Explain everything in a manner which I was able to understand and gave and very thorough exam. Didn't rush like she was in a hurry to get to the next patient. Hopefully as long as I move down here she will be my eye doctor and I would recommend her to anyone

Dr. Kramer is a residency-trained optometrist who specializes in ocular health and disease, ocular surface disease and regular and specialty contact lens fitting.
Her Doctorate degree was awarded in Optometry from the Université de Montréal in 2012 where she received a grant from the Scholarship Program of the Québec Ministry of Education for short-term university studies outside of Québec. Receipt of this scholarship award is based on academic performance. In the summer of her second year, she participated in a humanitarian mission in Laayoune, Morocco where she helped hundreds of impoverished people by giving them free eye examinations and glasses corresponding as closely as possible to their prescription. During her fourth year, she completed a specialty contact lens training seminar course at the Vision Care Institute in Jacksonville, Florida. Later, in her fourth year, she helped teach a course on slit-lamp use and ocular foreign body extraction to family medicine residents in Montreal. She then completed her internship in ocular disease at the Eye Centers of South Florida, where she worked with Dr. Dan and Dr. Hoffman and went on to complete her residency at the Miami VA Medical Center. Her time there included training at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, the nation’s top eye hospital. Dr. Kramer is a member of the American Optometric Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. She strives to assist each patient with quality and advanced eye care whether he or she requires a basic eye exam or specialized eye or vision care.

Took my 15 year old son for a vision screening. Felt like dealing with a robot. No advice to the kid about caring for his eyes. No information on his new prescription, so it was just freakishly robotic.

I loved the doctor, she was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain my treatment plan. There was a prettt lengthy wait time because emergency walk ins due to patients playing with fireworks from the 4th of July. (My appointment was on the 5th) but worth the wait! Overall very satisfied with Dr. Kramer.

Dr. Kramer's bedside manner is lacking. She was surprised by a diagnosis that another doctor had carefully thought out and tested for by off-handedly stating that I was simply too young to have that problem, though I do indeed have that problem. Overall, a decent visit, but I may be looking for a new optometrist next time my appointment rolls around.

I did have to wait a bit to be seen. Based on the sign-in sheet, it looked like there were 2 people with the same appointment time. The wait wasn't long but it definitely was longer than I expected; considering I had an appointment and was before the appointment time.
I liked how thorough Dr Kramer was with the exam. It was the most complete eye exam I have ever gotten!. There weren't a lot of frames to chose from but I was able to find nice frames.

Even though I think it's a little pricey, Dr. Kramer is very knowledgeable of her craft. She checks everything! She has fashionable glasses frames at her office that you may choose from. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff needs a little more personality, but the jazz/classical music playing in the background makes up for it. Another great factor is that she sees adults as well as children... one stop shop! I like Dr. Kramer and her business!

I've just moved to this city and was in need of new doctors. I am so happy I found Dr. Elise Kramer. I will not go to another eye doc ever again. Her office was welcoming, comfortable, and clean. She ran perfectly on time, was extremely helpful, educated me on my options and did not rush a second. I highly recommend her for whatever your needs are - simple or complex!

I really enjoyed being seen by Dr. Kramer. It is the first time and I had to wait about 35 minutes for her to get to the office. Although I was the only one there and I had to wait, I cant really rate how the average wait time is. The only thing I did want to comment, which I didnt know, I got my eyes dilated and was told I would be able to drive perfectly fine. This was not true because even with sunglasses on, it made it very difficult to drive when it was sunny outside. Other than that, awesome service.
