After a several horrible experiences with the front office at my PCP and them canceling my appointment the morning of and trying to reschedule me for November (it is currently July and I scheduled weeks in advance), I decided that it was time to switch practices. I'm so glad that I decided to leave my other doctor's office and see Dr. Freedman today; she and and her staff are so friendly! They listened to my concerns and addressed everything promptly and pleasantly. I was brought in immediately and felt welcomed. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Freedman.

Wonderful - I always feel listened to and cared for. She is very patient & inderstaning and thorough. She is the first GP I've ever had that has listened to how I feel and my preferences re: my health care. I have never experienced any other type of doctor who has actually done this or expressed interest in doing so.

She is an excellent doctor, however the office itself is very loud. It could use some soundproofing between patient rooms so that you don't hear what the person a room over is saying.
