Really like the Dr. once I got back there but made a 9:45 appt. online and didn't go back until closer to 11:00. Not sure the online appt. made any difference!

I think she was great! She was very helpful and got me feeling better in no time! Would definitely recommend.
Great service. I loved being informed every step of the way during my X-Rays & waiting for results.
Saw a different doctor— Dr Ahmad. Everything was good. Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had

I don’t feel I can give this doctor a review seeing as I was seen by a nurse. Never the doctor.

Took the time to introduce herself. Explained treatment options. Answered all questions.

I made an appointment with this provider but was not actually seen by this provider. I was seen by a PA. :/ This is annoying because I booked my appointment online specifically with this provider whom I’ve seen in the past.
Really like the Dr. once I got back there but made a 9:45 appt. online and didn't go back until closer to 11:00. Not sure the online appt. made any difference!

Listened to my symptoms and prescribed medication
We actually saw Dr Samson, but the visit was very efficient--about a half hour from when we walked in the door to when we left. We have always had good speed and treatment at this location.
Wait time was extremely long, and making an appointment had no effect. Made an appointment for 3 p.m., and was not seen until 4:45. In fact, a patient without an appointment who checked in after I did was seen first.
Dr Brader was AWESOME!!!! Her bedside manner was amazing! Definitely will be referring others to this clinic. Even though it was on a urgent care visit she made me feel so at ease. The nurse was wonderful as well! Great Service from start to finish

Elizabeth Brater, MD was insightful, smart and generous with her time. She asked great questions to get to the heart of my daughter's issues. I would highly recommend her and the staff. Thank you.

My visit with the nurse practitioner was very satisfactory and I was very pleased with her professionalism, kindness and care. Unfortunately, I was very displeased and felt disrespected by the check-in person, Cierra. I was waiting in the car because the office was rather chilly. Therefore, I had my mother check me in. We had made an on-line appointment for 9:15 AM. My mother had given the check-in person my name and date of birth. With that my mother stepped out of line for less than 3-5 seconds to wave to me to come inside the office. At this time, another person was in back of my mother, who stepped in front of my mother and then Cierra proceeded to take care of her, completing ignoring my mother and myself. We had been waiting already, but then to purposely take the person in back of us was very uncalled for and very unprofessional. I did let Cierra know how displeased I was with her and her actions regarding my care. Her lack of quality patient care left a lot to be desired. My mother retired from IU Health, so she knows how important quality patient care is. Other than the rudeness shown to me by the front check-in person, again I was very pleased with my care by the MAs and the nurse practitioner. I appreciate your letting me express my experience . BB
She was genuinely interested in listening to me in order to gain a better understanding of what has been going on regarding my situation. She was very kind, understanding, and confident she could provide the best possible solution to help me overcome my complications I was experiencing. I left the office with a plan and positive outlook.

Personable and competent. HIghly recommended.

I did not see Dr. Brater - I was seen by a nurse practitioner who was amazing. I was not happy with the receptionist or the medical assistant however. I went in extremely short of breath and was sent out via ambulance. When I arrived and was put into a room, there was no urgency to getting me seen and starting treatment. Being an RN, I would have appreciated a more aggressive approach by the front desk and the medical assistant who took me back to a room. I was extremely impressed with the nurse practitioner and her rapid response to my situation.
Very good. Highly recommend.
