The entire experience was exceptional. There was virtually no waiting, everything was done quickly. But everyone I interacted with in the office was incredibly friendly.

I saw Dr. Cerva for my annual physical and for a nagging health complaint. I was prescribed antibiotics before even being examined. There were issues getting my labs drawn, and I ended up being stuck 4 times for the blood to be drawn (I have never before been stuck more than once). For some reason, my insurance was not billed for the blood work, so I received a large bill from the lab. I thought all of this may have been just a bad day at the office since she was just returning from traveling. So, I gave her another chance today. I went in for back pain that recently started and is quite severe. Before even examining me, she prescribed steroids. At the end of the visit I asked why I was being prescribed steroids, and only then does she tell me what she thinks may be the root of the pain. This is not the kind of medical care that I am used to or desire to have, and I will never return.

I got an appointment last minute, and everyone was so pleasant and professional! Dr. Cerva was very informative and polite, as well as her staff. Was seen immediately after filling out paperwork. Will recommend to everyone!
