This was my first visit with dr Fernandez, I can say that I walked out of that office very very happy, from the front desk lady to the Medical assistant to the doctor all of them were amazing! Friendly, helpful, nice, they seem to care about my visit, the doctor took time to listen , time to respond, time to examine and do the tests, made me feel comfortable :)

Everything felt rushed. Told her i thought i was pregnant and i already had blood test and urine done in her office. She had no results. She did mention computers were not working well. But still didnt help much during the visit. I felt even more lost after and worried for ky pregnancy. Going to try again with her maybe if she has a working system this time she can ease my mind and give me answeres and take her time with me.

Dr. Fernandez was O.K. She was brief and kinda rushing through the visit. As a first time patient, I did not feel a warm welcome. Since it was my first time, I kinda feel that I should give it another try before I make my decision. The wait time was a little bit long though. If I had read the reviews before going, I would have probably known what to expect a little. I really hope to have a better experience next time to avoid driving an hour to see my old wonderful gynecologist.

While the nurses were very nice, the wait was EXTREMELY long and the doctor barely spoke to me as a first time patient I felt very undervalued. My appointment was at 1:30 and when I was finally passed to get the preliminary questions done it was 2:55. My actual check up lasted about 15 minutes. It’s not ok to make someone wait almost an hour and half for a 15 minute check up.

I came here for a routine Pap smear. First visit was ok, just had a ridiculous 3 hour wait time. I saw the doctor, she told me they’d call if something was wrong. A week went by and I got a call from the office advertising BOTOX. (Which I can’t even have due to a health condition I have that’s listed on my chart btw). So obviously I was relieved that that was the only call I got from them. A month goes by and I get a call from the doctor’s office to “discuss” an abnormality in my test. I’m really upset by this. Instead of giving me the results of my abnormal test first, the office pushed a marketing strategy on me. And again I had to wait another three hours for the results. Unbelievable

Dr Fernandez was very personable and friendly. She asked lots of questions that helped me give her the best possible information regarding my body. She had lots of information that was helpful for me. I appreciated her being thorough during my appointment.

I used to think all doctors were good doctors before I visited Elizabeth Fernandez's office. The staff seems absolutely clueless and the doctor is horrendous.
I have never left a review for a doctor but this just seems necessary after my appointment. I came in 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, then right about the time of my appointment, I saw Dr. Fernandez leave the office. I was the only one in the waiting room and asked the receptionist what happened and she said Dr. Fernandez had a delivery to attend to and might take an hour. I decided to wait an hour since I had a very long drive to the office and thought I might as well just wait if I am already here. Dr. Fernandez came back almost two hours later while I waited and still saw another patient who came in AFTER me, before she saw me.
When she finally saw me, she read my lab results off of the paper and explained nothing. She scribbled me a prescription even the pharmacy could not understand and her office managed to avoid phone calls to confirm the medication for over a week.
The whole experience here was atrocious and I wouldn't wish it on anybody.

She was really nice and welcoming, however since I was the last patient of the day it felt like she was rushing through the appointment. She also did not ask if I had any questions or concerns. I also did not like when she and the nurse would have side conversations in spanish. However she did make me feel very comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Fernandez is a very good doctor. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. I was able to ask questions about whats going on with my body, and she explained everything wonderfully, and clear, and gave me my options on things. She is my go-to OB GYN. And the staff are wonderful and helpful too. The paper work is the only thing I took long with, but after I submitted it in I went sttaight to the back.
