It was a fine experience. I was worried since other users seem to have such an extreme wait time but I was brought in before half an hour had passed.

Dr. Reynolds is fabulous. She is thorough and professional. In fact, she is the only reason I will return to her office. She is part of a larger practice and if you don't have the first appointment of the day, you will wait and the reception area is crowded and uncomfortable. I thought I was going to a doctors' office, but the environment is more like a clinic. Nothing but praise for Dr. Reynolds, however.

My comment is not so much regarding Dr. Reynolds, for the short time that she was with me she seemed friendly and genuine.
My concern was more with the group that she practices with.
Horrible service!
I had to make a 6 minute line to get told that they did not see my appoinment. That went on for another 5 minutes. Finally, someone comes over does not confirm anything with this service and just adds me in- so I could have just lied about the entire appt?!
My appt was at 1:45, let me just tell you that I was seen at 3:15. I expect a certain amount of waiting time, but I am accustomed to no more than 30 minutes. I mean people were leaving. There were people in the waiting area that had waited for over 2 hours. That was insane.
That was not the worst part. I needed to get some blood work done, I was told to go across the street to get it done. As I get there the place is closed. Apparently insurances use different labs and so this is customary.
Dr Reynolds, I wish you had another practice. This place was just too caotic for me.
