I liked meeting with Dr. Schepker very much. The building itself is all medical, and the office is a little like a public transportation waiting room, but my experience was overall very easy and quick!

Dr. Schepker graduated from Emory University and completed her medical degree at the University of Kansas. She then completed her residency training at Georgetown University and Providence Hospital, where she spent a year serving as a chief resident.
Following her residency training, Dr. Schepker worked at a community health center in New York City, providing primary care to a diverse population. Her work there included general adult medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, and gynecology including routine pap smears, breast exams, and birth control management. She enjoys helping patients manage chronic conditions including Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, and obesity. She enjoys working with patients to help them set attainable health goals. She takes the time to get to know each patient through a comprehensive initial visit.

Dr. Schepker got me from the waiting room. It was refreshing to not have to see or talk to someone else before the doctor saw me. I didn't need to repeat myself. I didn't even see a nurse or PA. She was quick and thorough. I needed a primary doctor in New York and she is great. The practice has every kind of doctor, which I'm normally not a huge fan of, but in New York, I don't have time to find every doctor I need. She did a physical, prescribed medication, wrote referrals and took blood and I was out of there in 45 minutes! She was very personable and kind.
