I would like to share my observation. While waiting in the open seating area 7 out of 10 people arriving on the second floor wander around aimlessly until someone informs them to wait in line here for Check- In. There is no signage or visual direction provided, patients are not made aware of a Check -in process. I overheard one woman missed her appointment, she was waiting in the wrong line / location. Intake delays and errors at Check-in have a trickle down negative effect to the metric of patient wait times. Thank you!

Very thorough even on a busy Monday short staffed. Her advice was just what I needed. Very intuitive.

Very professional and very caring
Dr Small was very professional and explained everything. When asked if I had any questions, I didn't have one! I felt very comfortable with her and her reasoning for doing extra testing based on my diagnosis.
