I would like to share my observation.
While waiting in the open seating area 7 out of 10 people arriving on the second floor wander around aimlessly until someone informs them to wait in line here for Check- In.
There is no signage or visual direction provided, patients are not made aware of a Check -in process.
I overheard one woman missed her appointment, she was waiting in the wrong line / location.
Intake delays and errors at Check-in have a trickle down negative effect to the metric of patient wait times.

Always a great visit with Doc. Zocdoc seemed to have dropped the ball in scheduling. The office didn't know I was coming....??

Dr Small was very professional and explained everything. When asked if I had any questions, I didn't have one! I felt very comfortable with her and her reasoning for doing extra testing based on my diagnosis.

Everything is well organized and Dr Small is pleasant and well qualified as an expert. She is an excellent doctor. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes at least and her calendar is full.
