Dr. West was a wonderful doctor to have. She was very professional and friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The office was also very quick and efficient with my appointment, I didn't have to wait long to be attended and I did not spend more than an hour in and out. I would highly recommend anyone to see her and to come to this office!
She is a very knowledgeable doctor and I have seen a lot of GBYN because of my endometriosis condition. She was very patient with my questions and my partner’s (because of COVID he could only be on the phone). I left her office feeling much better. Will definitely come back to see her for my annual check up.

She enjoys working with women at every stage in their lives—from their first well-woman exam, through pregnancies and menopause. Additionally, she has a passion for nutrition and finds it gratifying to help her patients improve their diet, lifestyle and overall wellness. Dr. West received her medical degree from the University of California, Irvine’s School of Medicine in 2012. Continuing at UCI, she furthered her training with a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. While there, she was awarded the position of Administrative Chief Resident, often given to those with exceptional clinical and leadership skills. Originally from Boston, Dr. West moved to California for medical school and never left. She loves living in Long Beach where she can spend time with her husband and young daughter and enjoy local activities such as hiking, exploring new restaurants, and going to farmer’s markets.

Dr. West, her nurse, and the entire staff at this facility were awesome! The facility is really modern, clean, and easy to find/park at. When I arrived, a receptionist took my temperature and handed me a fresh, disposable mask to swap out for the reusable one I wore upon entry. It was my first visit, so there was a little bit of paperwork and waiting, but I was in and out in under an hour. Dr. West is really warm, friendly, and has a sense of humor, which I appreciated since getting a gynecological exam is somewhat invasive and not exactly "fun." She addressed my questions/concerns thoroughly and I was on my way in a timely manner. Also, I appreciated that she offered an appointment time early in the morning (7.45AM), so I could visit and be back home in time to start my workday.

Dr. West is the perfect gynecologist. She put me at ease, answered all my questions, was very professional, and did not rush the exam.
