The staff and medical students that were cool. Dr. Lederman was patient and answered all of my questions.

It was a very long wait in the waiting room, about one hour and 45 minutes, which is a long time to wait when you are so sick. Also the receptionists were incredibly loud and rude and made the wait feel even worse. If they were a little more well mannered/quiet it wouldn't have been so bad waiting.
