This was my first visit with Dr. Po and her staff, and it went very well. Based on the previous reviews, I had high expectations and they were all met. Dr. Pao explained everything very carefully to me and, seemed to really invested in my as a person (I'm six months pregnant and and we had a lovely conversation about motherhood as well - not overbearing at all). I look forward to visiting her and her team again for my follow-up.

Dr. Pao was great! I had an eye exam and needed a new prescription for contact lenses. She taught me about contact lenses and eye health, and I feel much more knowledgable for it. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pao to others.

She was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. She knew what she was doing and always recommended products that are better for your eyes. She does talk a little fast, but her English is very clear and you can still understand her.

The best doctor I've seen, hands down. Here's why:
--Terrific bedside manner--charming, energetic, and listened to my questions!
--Spent time explaining certain aspects of wearing contacts and why she was doing certain things for the examination
--Staff was helpful with getting me checked in, they helped with my insurance questions, and they helped get specific glasses measurements
--Not a long wait (at most 10 minutes), considering only Dr. Pao was there (other than the front office staff).
Overall a great experience--learned more about contact usage, and got my prescription refilled, too.
Will definitely go back if I have further eye issues.

Dr. Pao is excellent.
#1 - She identified that I no longer have astigmatism so my current glasses are way out of date for what I need.
#2 - She feels terrible for patients who get the puff test, and has instituted a different method. I did not want to ask about this at first but was glad I did not need to do that. I hate the puff test.
#3 - It was fast, easy and painless - front office desk ladies were perfectly nice and attentive.

The entire staff was kind, patient and extremely helpful. I came in for my annual eye appointment and I had an injured back which caused me to need extra time and assistance to move around. The team was compassionate and accommodating. I cannot speak highly enough of the punctuality, professionalism and overall kindness that the team displayed when I was in there.

She's great and everyone in the office is super friendly! There are also no hidden fees here, which is fantastic. Many of the other places I looked at had "fitting fees" ($75-150) that were not covered by insurance.

Dr. Pao was excellent. She was clear, gave context and alleviated any fears I had with going to the eye doctor. She walked me throigh my first eye appointment explainibg everything she was doing. She was also able and willing to answer all of my questions.

Dr. Pao is extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was my first visit, and I felt right at home and very well cared for by her. During my visit, Dr. Pao informed me about my vision more than any other optometrist I have ever visited, and she communicates clearly and in a way that is warm and understandable. I liked also that in addition to checking my eyesight, she checked for overall eye health. I look forward to returning to the office in the future and highly recommend Dr. Pao.
