I had a good experience. The office was very clean and new, and the front desk and assistants were nice and professional. Dr. Elton was also professional and efficient (but not rushed). Wait time was minimal -- probably 15 min. I'd go to him again if I had another knee injury.

This was my first time visit to Dr. Strauss's office. His secretaries & nurses were very pleasant & freiendly.

Dr. Strauss was very pleasant. He listened sensitively, and comes across as confident, knowledgeable but not arrogant; knows what he is doing, and offered immediate help. The only reason i gave him VERY GOOD vs Excellent is because i feel it is difficult RAVE about a doctor on a first visit...I would, nonetheless, recommend him, hands down. He inspired confidence and professionalism. A nice guy.

The wait time was very minimal. The doctor was also very thorough and professional. I have had my knee looked at once before, but Dr. Strauss gave me much more info and better recommendations that I received in the past.
