Dr. Erich listens and cares, she didn’t send me off with the common advice “get plenty of rest and plenty of liquids” and she didn’t say there is a virus going around don’t worry about it, she took time to examine me and figure out what the issue is, and tried to figure out why and then had a plan on how to address it. I was very impressed and highly recommend her to others.

I have FINALLY found Dr. who actually listened to me and all the issues I have been coping with and felt as if she truly listened and did not rush me through my appointment. She also arrange for and X-Ray as well as full Blood panel while I was there and I was able to take care of all appointments immediately..... so far I am very pleased with the professionalism and ease of seeing who I needed to see, much to my surprise, immediately following my appointment with her.

I was content with my both the office environment and Dr. Elrich. However, the cons outweighed the pros in my experience.
Nurse/Staff: Unfriendly, rather cold when talking through my vitals and medical history.
I had routine bloodwork done as part of my annual physical. I was directed to the lab across the hallway to have my blood drawn following the appointment and was told that this lab took insurance. I later received a bill for a subsidized amount, but the bill (both before & after insurance) was jaw-dropping for a routine physical lab panel. The doctor's office had classified it as a "hospital" expense, which I assume attributed to this. I feel like my experience was so deceptive, as I never would have had my blood work done here had I know. Please beware and do not let them send you across the hall for labs!
