The medical care and receptionists are all 110% to notch. My only comment is on process...it would have been a good idea ahead of my appointment to notify me that no service would be rendered unless a past bill was paid. I was able to pay the bill after understanding that an insurance issue had been rectified, but I almost lost the appt window arranging payment. Probably as much my fault as clinics fault, but could have been prepared or would have made the payment ahead if alerted. No biggie.

Why Dermatology? When I started medical school, I discovered that I loved having expertise in one unique area of medicine. Dermatology required me to learn about rare conditions and strange rashes that are only found in textbooks. I love how this large, esoteric fund of knowledge allows me to accurately diagnose and treat my patients effectively. The practice of Dermatology combines medicine, surgery, pediatrics and cosmetic care. I truly enjoy my work.

Dr. Scheurer is hands-down one of the best doctors I've ever had in my lifetime. She's super friendly, understanding and incredibly easy to talk to. Her bedside manner is amazing and she's quick and efficient in dealing with her patients' concerns and ailments. She's very open to her patients' requests regarding medications and will tell you how it is and what you can expect regarding treatments and results. If you're looking for a top-notch dermatologist, this is definitely the doctor for you! Absolute 10/10!

All the staff were very nice. Dr. Scheuer and her assistant were also very understandable and empathetic. I felt very comfortable talking to Dr. Scheuer and her assistant about my issue. I had heard great reviews about this place before and they are all true. I think my situation was rare and even though my issue was not resolved by Dr. Scheuer, she suggested another doctor for me to visit. Not everyone has all the answers, but they did their best and I'm happy that I met with Dr. Scheuer and her staff. When it comes to professionalism and interpersonal skills/relationships with patients, this is the perfect place to visit even if it's just for consultation. As mentioned above, my issue wasn't resolved, but they had a recommendation for me and they didn't give up on trying to resolve my issue. This means that they really care about their patients. In addition, Dr. Scheuer didn't stop there. She wanted to help solve any other health problems or issues that I have. This is another reason why this is a great place. They don't treat people based on the ability to make profit off of them. Instead, they want to make sure they help their patients to the fullest. I want to say thank you to Dr. Scheuer and all of her staff for meeting with me and Happy New Year to everyone! =)

Dr. Scheuer is the consummate professional. She's knowledgable, friendly, open, remembers her patients and most inportantly, LISTENS to her patients. I'm very comfortable asking all manner of questions as a "lay person," as she takes all of my questions seriously. I've been through several derms; never quite finding the right fit. I've found it, in Dr, Scheuer.

Dr. Scheuer exudes warmth with her caring and amiable bedside manner. :) Her enthusiasm for her choice of practice is immediately evident.
This was my second time seeing her because I was impressed with how attentive she was the first time. Too, her recommended medication had worked perfectly for me, so seeing someone who was not only caring but also knowledgeable and skilled was an obvious decision to make.

I've been to a few dermatologists over the years and my experience with Dr. Scheuer was the best I've had. I felt very comfortable, she and her assistance were very attentive and kind, and they explained everything they planned on doing in detail before the exam.

I live pretty far away so I was trying to arrive a little early to the appointment and ended up being more than an hour early. They had me in and out before my actual appointment time.
All of the staff that I met were VERY friendly and professional.

WOW Dr. Scheuer was a dream doctor. Friendly, warm, and so smart. She listened well to ALL of my concerns and questions, did a wonderful job explaining everything to me (from medication to diagnosis) in a clear, comforting way and I felt very cared-for. The best dermatologist I've ever had! Also, this is not very important, but the building they are in is positively gorgeous.
