Dr. Mikhail is a great doctor. He is really compassionate, and addresses all concerns well. I have no doubts regarding his capabilities. His Medical Assistant is super sweet as well.
However, the main reason I came here to write a review is because they really need to do something about the front desk staff. I have called and spoken with Sochi multiple times and she has a condescending tone, and is short and rude in her responses. It's as if she doesn't want to help.
Great doctor, but maybe consider a better, more customer oriented staff answering the phones.

It was seamless. The office staff was professional and yet friendly. They are efficient with their paperwork which is a huge plus for me. Dr. M. saw me as a person and not a number. He's a great listener and a clear communicator. I didn't feel rushed. Outstanding service.

Polite and friendly office. However, Dr was more argumentive than helpful. He could not accept when he was corrected when told he was wrong on sine information. The Dr needs to be a better listener rather than just argue and be confrontational with patients.

First. The office staff are very friendly. They check in me right away and didn't have to wait long for doctor to see me. Iam very satisfied with my visit today and very happy with Dr. Emad . He's very professional and I would highly recommend him to friends and family. He's the best doctor in my opinion took his time to listen to my needs and offer best solution and treatment in my case and Iam looking forward to my follow ups . Iam a real patient of doctor Emad and would highly recommend him to anyone.

He has a good bedside manner, responded to all my questions and was very attentive.

I was in a rush to find a doctor and I was so happy I selected Dr. Mikhail! His office staff was super friendly, called me right away once I made my online appointment, and got me in that same day! When I got there I filled out my paperwork and saw the doctor right at my scheduled appointment time, which I greatly appreciated because I was on my lunch break! Dr. Mikhail explained my diagnosis in "Layman's Terms" and sent me on my way. I plan on using him as my PCP from now on, and have already recommended two friends to him. See you in two weeks! :)

First. The office staff are very friendly and they smile all times which makes my feel comfortable and it didn't take me time to see the doctor. Also I really liked the office design are very modern and a lot better than my old primary doctor.
Secondly. Dr. Emad Mikhail is very knowledgeable. Respectful, caring doctor and he actually took time to listen to me and explain my symptoms and recommended solutions and I really respect his opinion.
I would really and highly recommend Dr.Emad Mikhail to Friends, family and to anyone if you really want a doctor to listen to you and to treat his patients with respect.
I'm looking forward to see him for my next follow ups and lastly thank you Dr.Emad Mikhail for taking the time to see a new patient on very busy day.
