Was told that they "don't really do physicals on weekends" even though that's specifically what I signed up for. Also told my appointment time was basically meaningless and it was first come first served, so the wait would be an hour.

I scheduled my appointment for 1130 and was not seen until 1. There was only one provider at the office with a room full of people. Upon finally being seen the care professional did not know what my medication was, and kept asking me what it was for. I had to relay the information several times before he pulled out his phone and checked. Over all, I was extremely disappointed. I will not be using this provider again, nor would I recommend this provider to anyone else.
