Dr. Castillo shamed me for my sexual history when I asked for an STI test. Extremely discouraging when I sought out a female, POC doctor specifically to avoid that sort of experience.

First time patient with Dr. Castillo. Very nice and patient Dr. The experience overall was good. The only thing that I would complain about is the wait time. Although my appointment was not until 1030, I walked in at 1000 and wasn't seen until 1130. Another issue was the parking. Although it is not the doctors fault, I think it is a big deal for those who don't feel like driving around in circles for a while or fighting for a parking spot just to go see your doctor. I would say that's a major turn off. Other than that, both the staff and Dr. Castillo were very friendly. The office is clean and small, however the building itself is old and outdated. Almost like stepping through a time warp.

Very kind Doctor! I was nervous because I thought I was pregnant 3 months after giving birth and she ordered an expedited blood test and called me in the evening for negative results so I could get started on birth control she had provided. Saved the day!

She was very personable and friendly. The staff was really nice and helpful. She printed information for me on a disease and did everything to make me feel comfortable.
The office is clean and organized. The bathroom is as well. It was fast, they were on time. I did not have to wait at all.

La Dra. Castillo fue muy amable y agradable. Tomo su tiempo para responder todas mis preguntas y dudas. La disponibilidad de la cita fue rápida y la espera corta; las asistentes fueron muy atentas y profesionales. Recomiendo a la Dra. Castillo al 100% para cualquier mujer que necesite cuidado de embarazo o ginecológico!!!
