It was my first time at Dr. Emile Rochon's office. It was a bit of a challenge finding the correct entrance and gaining access, but once that is done the experience was totally dynamic. His knowledge seems unquestionable and his professionalism showed. I was totally impressed when his nurse asked that I participate in a depression screening. More doctors should adopt that practice.

Dr. Rochon was great. I however do not appreciate the difficulty attempting to contact the office staff regarding test results. From the initial results provided via their online system it also appears a test was omitted which I requested to be performed. I am a fan of Dr. Rochon, but the medstar office may prevent me from returning to the physician in the future.

This was by the far the best doctors appointment I’ve ever had with a primary care physician. Dr. Rochon took the time to get my full medical history and provide updates on things I need like recommended labs/bloodwork based on family medical history, etc. He is extremely professional and personable, and I’m really glad I was able to find him through ZocDoc.

I really enjoyed my experience all around with the office. The front desk staff was polite and patient. The doctor answered questions I asked and was patient with me taking shots. The nurse's bedside manner was exceptional especially since I hate shots. I did wait awhile for the doctor, but to be expected. I love Medstar facilities (urgent care of 7th st.) this is the second one I've been to. I remember both locations and had great experiences with both of them. Just a heads up prescriptions are sent electronically, my old school self got worried when I left with no papers! Lol. They're so efficient and polite you almost forget you're at a doctor's appointment which can be so dreadful at times. :D
