Hi, my name is Emily, and I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving clients in Washington, DC. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, college and graduate student mental health, family issues, insomnia and sleep challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, OCD, PTSD and trauma, race and cultural identity, relationship concerns, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), stress management, and women’s issues.
With over 9 years of nursing experience and advanced psychiatric training from the University of Austin, I bring clinical knowledge and heartfelt care to my work. I’m passionate about destigmatizing mental healthcare, and together with my colleagues at Lavender Psychiatry, I’m on a mission to create a world where feelings are felt, respected, and cared for.
