Dr. Pike's friendly and professional manner forced as good of time as you can have at an eye doctor. By the time the appointment was finished, I felt like I was always her patient. Will definitely be keeping her for future eye appointments!

I was very happy with the service I received with both my eye exam and in selecting glasses. I previously had a bad experience with progressive lenses (at a different eye care establishment) and was afraid to try them again but I'm happy to say I was given excellent care and am very pleased with my new glasses! I've had no trouble getting used to the new lenses. Thank you!

Dr. Emily Pike received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in 1996. She received her Master of Public Health in Behavioral Science and Health Education from Saint Louis University in 1998 and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Optometry in 2014, where she graduated on the Dean’s List.
As an optometry student, Dr. Pike received extensive training on the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, including glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration. Her rotations also included focuses on pediatric vision and contact lenses. She served as a teaching assistant, a student ambassador and in several leadership positions, including the Missouri Optometric Student Association, the Society for the Advancement of Independent Optometry, and the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. She also received numerous honors and awards, such as the VSP award for primary care, the Missouri Optometric Foundation Leadership Award and recognition in the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society.
Dr. Pike specializes in ocular disease, dry eye management, pediatric vision and contact lenses. She is a member of the St. Louis Optometric Society, the Missouri Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association and the American Academy of Optometry. She participates in the InfantSEE program, a national public health program which offers free comprehensive eye exams to infants between six and 12 months of age.
A St. Louis native, Dr. Pike is married to Christopher, who she met in high school. Chris is a registered architect, specializing in high-end custom residential projects. She is also a mother to three children. She loves spending time with family and friends.

This was by far the best eye visit I've ever had. Dr. Emily Pike was knowledgeable and took her time to really listen & understand my eye concerns & problems. If you are like me and you get over whelmed looking for the right frame you have found the right place., Kathy Slusser is the BEST!! She has the eye to help you pick what looks best on you and she really dig deep into insurance & gets you all the info you will need! These ladies are the BEST!! Highly recommend them!

Emily & Kathy are spectacular. They are so helpful in all aspects of eye care. I wanted to try contacts & they were so patient with me. After six different options we realized contacts were not a reality for me. They then helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. Love this place!
