Proper posture affects more than our physical stature; it affects our physiological presence and health. My delivery of care goes beyond a "standard adjustment."
As a lifelong hockey player and coach, I have seen poor posture create imbalances that debilitate and limit active athletes of all levels and ages. As Doctor of Chiropractic, I have seen the same types of imbalances inhibit and limit patients of all ages and walks of life.
Soft tissue maintenance and improvement, encompassing both muscle lengthening and strengthening are coached with all patients. Onsite workshops, involving both education and participation help eliminate the uncertainty that often comes with pain and discomfort.
Focusing on placing control of care in the hands of my patients, turns “standard adjustments” into true, result based care that I proudly deliver.
