They called me and said that the dr was going to be at lunch but made me another appt the sane day with PAC Alexis was great!!! Really spent time with me and my health, what were my concerns what issues I was having... I am so happy that I changed doctors! Timery was the nurse and she was helpful and very friendly! I scehdualed a new patient visit because I need a new doctor but also to address a concern. I knew there was a chance that I wouldn't not get appropriate time to discuss my concerns because of the type of visit but I had to take a chance. I was very pleasantly surprised that he completely ignored the new patient protocol when he heard my concerns and agreed I needed that to be the focus. He had a clear concise approach, he gave a full plan of action and truly listened to me. He was very caring and I felt heard. The whole office went above and beyond for me and I'm very grateful. I look forward to continuing my care here.
