I waited a ridiculously long time and the office staff blamed it on me not coming early to fill in the forms, but I did it online and apparently, only 1 person knew how to retrieve them. The girl that checked me in did not even tell her when she returned, so I sat there for an incredibly long time waiting to get back to work. The staff did redeem themselves once I spoke up, and they ended up being great and accommodating so that I could get in and out quickly. Dr. Kreutzer really amazed me with his bedside manners and how incredibly personable he is. I have seen many doctors for many conditions, and he really stood out. Unfortunately, my kidney issues were for an acute condition and I live too far to return, but if I ever develop some sort of chronic issue, he would be worth the drive.

Dr. Kreutzer received his undergraduate education at the School of Engineering at Columbia University, where he was a Tau Beta Pi honor society graduate with a major in biochemical engineering. He received his medical education at Vanderbilt University. He completed his surgical internship and urology residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Following residency Dr. Kreutzer continued at Montefiore-Einstein, serving on the full-time faculty as Assistant Professor of Urology, Director of Endourology and ESWL and also as Director of Urology at Jacobi Medical Center, where he supervised residency education as well as all inpatient and outpatient activities. Dr. Kreutzer has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, lectured at national and local professional meetings and organized continuing medical education programs.
For the past decade, he has focused his energies on general urologic adult patient care in the Bronx, where his areas of interest continue to include minimally invasive therapy for kidney stone disease, benign and malignant diseases of the prostate and all areas of voiding dysfunction.
Dr. Kreutzer is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology, is an active member of the American Urological Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists as well as the New York Medical Society and the Bronx County Medical Society.
Dr. Kreutzer lives in New York with his wife and three children.

Dr. Kreutzer seems like a nice guy. But he rushed me out of the office and gave me such vague answers that it left me worse off than when I came. Worse yet I don't think he had another patient after me so why rush the session? He got up to leave while I was mid sentence.
The nurses in the back were nice.

The only thing i have to say about his staff they didnt inform me of his services ....He asked me what brought me into his office and i said fertility and he said FERTILITY That he only specialize in male fertliity lol ....
