To clarify, I would recommend Dr. Weichel himself, but not his operation. It took 1-1/2 hours before I saw him and over an hour before I could even get my pupils dilated. Also someone on his staff or at ZocDoc told me that he was an opthamalagist and he isn't; except for the fact that he found a small retinal hole, the whole morning was wasted [ i would have had him do the laser on the retina, but I was annoyed about the long wait.]
Very pleasant and courteous. Efficient but talks very fast even when dictating notes. (Perhaps because of the patient load today), not much time allowed for questions. His staff were also quite courteous and overall maintained a professional demeanor.
