Erika Nichols has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Biochemistry from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, and completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. She brings experience in both family medicine and urgent care, having practiced locally and in Colorado. Erika utilizes evidence-based medicine to help her patients achieve physical, emotional, and overall wellness. She is skilled in diagnosing and treating both chronic and acute conditions. She loves partnering with her patients as they work to improve their health and well-being. She especially enjoys women’s health, dermatological conditions, and preventative care. In her spare time, Erika enjoys exploring all that Nashville has to offer with her husband and son. She also likes exercise, travel, and spending time with her pets. Doctor visits can be stressful, but Pinnacle Medical Group is my primary care provider for a reason. I know whenever I come for an appointment, they'll not only be ready for me, but they recognize my face and remember my name. Erika is wonderful and clearly cares about her patients. You can tell she's listening by her thoughtful responses, and I never feel like I'm being rushed out of her office. Friendly provider, friendly staff, clean space. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I showed up to my appointment twenty minutes early and they were able to see me early as well. I am terrified of the doctors and getting blood drawn, but they were super patient, nice, and comforting during my entire time in the office. This place was super easy to get to with free parking close by (which in Nashville can be hard to find). I really enjoyed my visit and I think my fear of the doctor's office is cured!

I showed up 15-30 mins early and was taken back right away. As soon as the nurse put me in the exam room, Erika Nichols, PA-C followed very shortly after, less than 5 mins. She was thorough, efficient, and listened to my concerns and made a plan to figure out what is going on. She was wonderful and so was the entire staff.
