Hello, I am a functional medicine-trained Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I use a root-cause, individualized approach so that we can optimize your wellness (without stress) and sustain it.
My mission is to make therapy for chronic conditions affordable and more widely available. We are an insurance-billing practice offering both individual appointments and group programs.
We offer consultations and counseling services both in-person (located in Southern Pines, North Carolina) and virtually, nation-wide.
After you schedule your appointment with us, please watch for an email from our patient portal. This email is very important as it contains all of the intake paperwork for our clinic. These forms must be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to complete the forms within this deadline we will have to cancel your session. Thank you!
