Doctor Riffer listened to me and took notes but paid attention to what I said and conversed with me. He did not rush me but did a thorough intake evaluation. He then ordered a number of pertinent tests and scheduled a return visit.

Made an appointment with Dr. Riffer but was seen by the Nurse Practitioner. Office seems like the patient base is primarily late 50s to 60s. One of the physicians has anti-marijuana articles posted everywhere. Also, was told to fill out paper forms even though they ask for the exact same info on Zocdoc's online forms. Overall experience: nothing stellar, didn't see the doctor I made the appointment with, seems like the patients here are middle aged, one doctor hates marijuana... but overall, the visit served its purpose.

The phlebotomist was capable. The resr of the staff was borderline rude, with some crossing over the border. (They actually called to reprimand me for being late, unaware that I had signed in and had been sitting in the lobby for over twenty minutes. ) The visit was pointless, and I ended up seeing another physician.

He's usually always on time. Very efficient, both him and his nurse Diana. I feel he is well informed with new and up and coming drugs on the market. Great personality. I would recommend him to anyone. Even my parents.

I am extremely impressed with this practic. My initial observation upon walking in was how charming and friendly the front office staff is. It only got better after having been called back to a room. - Diana, Dr. Riffer's medical assistant, was very kind and sweet. Dr. Riffer is a smart man with a GREAT sense of humor. Both Diana and Dr. Riffer made me feel like I was in good hands, my overall opinion of my experience was very satisfactory.
